Psoriasis and Food

I noticed, by carfeully considering my own diet, eliminating certain foods really helped me control the spots and ease the feeling itchy.

I think a psoriasis diet will be different for each person, because each body responds to food differently. For sure, there are certain foods that aggravate the skin of some psoriasis sufferers, but others can get away with eating those without problems.

To discover your psoriasis diet you can experiment by eliminating food for a month or two. When you notice a real difference, gradually reintroduce the products one at a time. So for example start to eliminate red meat, red wine, soft drinks, dairy, citrus fruits and tomatoes plus other food you find suspicious.

Try to avoid most foods that are high in sugar and fat, so no cakes, candy and desserts for a while. In any case a healthy diet will make you feel better.

People are already trying this and are blogging about their attempts, follow their stories and support them to achieve their goals.
